Senior Pastor Pastor Don K. Wiehe has been in full time ministry since 1985 and has been Pastor of Hillcrest Assembly of God in Seguin , Texas since 1998. He currently serves as Presbyter of the San Antonio Section with the Assemblies of God.
Pastor Wiehe holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville Texas , a Master of Music degree from the University of North Texas and received his Ordination through Global University with the Assemblies of God.
He has been married to his lovely wife Beth since 1980 and they have one daughter, Morgan, who was born in 1996. His wife, Beth is a professional flute player and teaches in Seguin , New Braunfels , Schertz and is a Flute Professor at St. Mary’s University & Texas Lutheran University . Morgan attends Lifegate Christian School where she plays volleyball.
Secretary Donna Nance has served as Hillcrest’s Secretary since March 1990. Donna and her husband, Brian, have four children, Matthew & Stephanie Corley, Bobby & Brittani Nance. Brian is the Project Director at Heldenfels Enterprises, Inc. located in San Marcos.
Youth Pastor Michael & Jennifer Rodriguez have returned to the South Texas area as the new Youth Pastor and Director of Student Ministries for Hillcrest. They have been in Oklahoma the past few years ministering in Bartlesville & Oklahoma City.
Michael, some 12 years ago or so, was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit here at Hillcrest. Michael has completed his Ordination with the Assemblies of God. He has been married to Jennifer since 1998 and they have 3 children:
Camden , Gabriella (Gabby) & Benjamin.
Children's Ministry Director Dr. Carol and Tim Reuter have been members at Hillcrest since 2002. Carole began working in children’s ministry in 2006 and became Hillcrest’s children’s ministry director in 2008. In 2008, Tim became one of the commander’s for Hillcrest’s Royal Rangers.
Music Director
David Wood came on staff in 2007 and is the director of music and website administrator at Hillcrest. David and his wife, Patricia have 3 children, Allison, Andrew and Rachel. Patricia is a student at Texas State University.
